Shawnee St Paul's UMC is a place where people can meet Jesus,  engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory.

 Join us for our Sunday services!

Outside our sanctuary, you will be welcomed by one of our friendly members who will offer you a worship program. Upon entering our worship space, find a seat that best suits your needs. Hearing assistance devices are available in the sound booth upon request. Feel free to dress in whatever makes you most comfortable. Worship will begin with music and prayer. Music ranges from ancient hymns and modern contemporary music to solos, as well as special music from our choral and handbell choirs. Our pastor shares messages that connects with our lives and encourages our faith, through scripture, stories, and theology. Communion is offered on the first Sunday of every month during service. St. Paul’s practices an open communion table where all are invited.
We have a Children’s Moment during worship where children are welcome to come forward for a lesson created just for them. After Children's Moment, kids 5 and under can choose to participate in age-appropriate programming available during worship in the nursery, or they are welcome to attend our entire service with their grownups. Worship bags are available each week to help children engage with the service. We have a pray-ground available in the rear of the sanctuary behind the middle section that children are invited to utilize at any time.
Sunday Small Groups are available for children, youth, and adults of all ages and stages.
