2nd Thessalonians 3:6-13
Thoughts for reflection: “You are either growing or dying. Nothing stays the same.” I can’t remember who said it, but I remember it. This is absolutely true about living a Christ-like life. Paul knew this when he wrote 2nd Thessalonians. Living a life of faith is like exercise, if you don’t do it regularly, you won’t reap the benefits of it. You can also look at it from the perspective, if you don’t put in the work, it isn’t going to be there when you need it.
When have you been “idle” in your faith and seen the negative consequences? When have you been diligent in your faith and seen the results? What can, and will, you do to be more intentional in living like Jesus Christ?
